is stridebreaker champions secretly overpowered?

My favorite top champion is darius, before S11 darius biggest weakness was realy clear for me, they were ranged champions and desengaging because of his low mobility, but after S11 don't feel darius weakness.

With the stridebreaker, i outrange all autoatack ranges with his active ability, i lane gank people because of the % move speed, if someone engage me i just run use my E and run away.

Then to confirm my theory i tryed out other "stridebreaker abusers" and checked their statistics the statistics, the results were insane, Gnar, Urgot, Darius, Garen and Sett have high winrates with this item.
