When i should change trinkets?

i see very often in strong leagues like LCK, LPL but i never see anyone talk about it, why the pros change trinkets? like the sup is obvius he get a red trinket because he can place wards with the sup item so they dont need a yellow trinket but why the others teammates change trinkets in the mid-late game?
