Or near max.
I've been trying a super dumb build based on "The Fast" vid. Phantom Dancer, RFC, Runaan's, Statikk, Wit's End, and Berserker's Greaves. While running Lethal Tempo I can reach 773 MS, but since that's a pretty bad rune on Jhin, I use Fleet Footwork, which gets me to 716.
Now the obvious problem is my AD. With this build I get only 395 AD, a pathetic amount compared to my usual build, which gets me to 767-800 depending on what boots I use (build is IE, RFC, Stormrazor, Phantom Dancer, Bloodthirster, and Greaves). Unfortunately, this gets me to only 598 MS, which is NOT FAST.
Obviously the fast build is more of a meme, just for fun. I haven't taken it to ranked because it would be trolling quite hard. But I've been thinking, would it be viable, or not? I need someone to explain to me why just outrunning EVERYTHING thrown at you while you just kite them is not a legit tactic. The lack of AD would obviously be a problem, but I do enjoy running circles around skillshots and chasing them down when they're low, even if the TTK wouldn't be optimal.
If being too fast for anything to hit you and not having AD is a problem... Is there any way I can adapt my super speed build to be more viable?
