Hey guys. I main top mostly play kled, renekton, fiora and irelia

They are all good splitpushers. Strong 1/2v1, mobility etc But i feel like iam putting my team at an disadvantage when i split.

I splitpush when my whole team is ahead to create more pressure but when the team is behind and i have a lead i feel obligated to group because iam scared they engage on my team and kill them while they stand no chance.

This is also because i feel that allot of teammates dont get what they should do when i split. I try to stay on a line with them so j dont overextend to much. Ward jungle to spot out enemies who come to defend tower.

I have watch allot of the educational content on splitpushing. Latest being the RenektonTopOnly vod review where he won by splitpushing. But i tried to mimic the decision making he had but still feel like my teams dont know what they should do. People love to fight even when behind and this forces me in an awkward position where i dont know what to do.

What would be the best do to in these scenarios. And when should and shouldnt i split/group?
