What do you do as Leblanc after laning is over/ during team fights?

I played a lot of Leblanc before the assassin update and I'm struggling after teams start grouping and pressuring objectives with her new kit. I'm not sure what her "goal" is during team fights anymore. I'll end up either chaining the front line and doing nothing or diving the back line and getting blown up/CC'd. I usually get leads in laning phase but don't know how to do damage when the carries are being protected.
Any tips would be appreciated.
