Help finding higher elo players to normal queue with

I was wondering if there are any good resources to help me find higher elo players (eg. high plat - mid diamond) that I could queue with. I find that playing with better people makes me see the game in better ways and would help me accelerate my learning immensely.

I realize that bringing a mid gold player (Gold 4 atm. I bounce between Gold 5-Gold1) is maybe a burden? but I'm a highly analytic person and hope I could offer a benefit to some people on that front. (I have a PhD in Physics, can help run analysis, numbers, etc. if there is a group who would want that.)
