Jungle main here. Still very confused on how to counter Jax.

It seems like the only way is to counter jungle hard and basically live in his jungle. What champs can easily destroy Jax? Its really annoying to have to constantly need to have leash help when destroying the enemy jungle and to constantly counter gank Jax. There has to be an efficient way to get rid of Jax.
