Hello fellow Summoners. I'm in a need of help here.

So I really love ADC and I do play it a lot (Mostly Vayne and Tristana). I have overall improved my teamfighting by a ton. Now I noticed that my early game is sub-par and could use some improvement.

I'm a passive ADC by nature but when I do try to trade I pretty much lose most of the times (especially vs supports like blitz or thresh and vs ADC's like MF and Lucian) I often end up with way too low HP to the point where I either need to recall or risk it by staying because I have little to no gold. (I do take minion wave in as a factor when trading, but I still somehow just cannot trade properly)

I hope someone can give me some tips on how to trade early on or just some tips to get me through laning phase ahead.
