Since Ekko is free this week, I decided to play some games with him in the jungle! Both games I went rune glaive for damage, and because I got fed both games, I went more AP than tanky.

1st Game: sorcs, rune glaive, randuins, luden's

2nd Game: sorcs, rune glaive(sold later), morellonomicon, d-cap, dead man's plate, and abyssal

I'm sure this probably won't happen in a normal ranked game, but what are the most optimal builds? I checked probuilds and people go chilling smite instead of ranger's, and I'm wondering why since Ekko's clear speed early is pretty bad.

I think adding zhonya's into the build is pretty mandatory, but is it alright to build him with a mix of tankiness and damage?

How is he in the top lane?
