How do I pratice mechanics?

Hello fellow summoners.
So I've been on a pretty big losing streak recently and I started to look at what could've been the problem.
I found out that while I have good map awareness and game knowledge, my mechanics are poor to say the least.
I'm mediocore at CS'ing under pressure, but that's the only mechanical skill I've kinda mastered so far.
I hope you guys can come up with some ways to practice my mechanics (anything is fine, I just want to improve in general).
