What to do when getting camped by their jungler as ADC?

So I played Jinx today, cause she was free.
The lane went really well in the beginning, but then the enemy rengar camped our lane, everytime I stepped one step out of the save zone I get one shotted by him.
So after that I was struggling really hard to get back, and even then he kept camping me.
So does anyone have some tips on how to deal with that? cheers :D
