How do you deal with hecarim top?

Thing's just too strong, too Tanky, too fast. I think I'm 0/8 going against hecarim. He reminds me of udyr, but without the problem of sticking to carries. He was 1/3 in lane, but when it came time to group he dove our carries no problem.
If it helps, we had kha (me), blitz, nidalee, sivir and chogath. The only peel I could see would be from blitz, so it could be our bad team comp that let him wreck us.
So how do you deal with a top lane hecarim 20 mins ?
