Hello. Im a random player from low elo (silver 5 4lyfe) who eventually decided to take the game more serious in terms of self-improving. I decided to analyse my last game as Elise jungle and share it with you. I wrote down my mistakes and most important events with notes what I should've done instead (imo).

Im sure, that better player can see much more mistakes than I did. If anyone has a spare time - please, watch this replay and tell me what I did wrong and what I could do better.

Jungle is my least played (around 10% of all games) and definitely worst role, and I make million mistakes every time I play it. I'm willing to do similar anaysis for other roles (I play pretty much everything apart from jungle) if there is interest and if it is not forbidden on this subreddit. I'm doing it only in educational purpose. I don't stream nor want to get "fame".

0:30 - I started leaving base. Too late. I probably alt-tabbed, still you should definitely leave base asap.

1:00-1:40 - I was about to start blue (which I should've done) but I was afraid of Udyr stealing my red, I also hoped for a stronger leash from botlane.

3:25 - 1st gank mid. I delay my stun to the moment when Azir can only move forward, land it and get FB. Probably should've given it to Malphite (who burned flash for that) but considering his low kill-potential I decided to follow Azir to secure the kill.

4:45 - I ask botlane if enemy warded bot, thay answer no so I decide to gank them (though you cant 100% rely on your teammates word)

5:05 - FAIL 1 - I miss my stun (should've aim for Vayne I guess). Still both enemies burned their flashes.

5:55 - FAIL 2 - After taking golems I go back bot in order to make use of lack of flashes on the enemies. However I walk into a warded brush and waste time waiting for them to come closer. Waste of time, my bad.

6:58-7:17 - FAIL 3 - I was unsure what to do next, I started recalling, then I went bot and wasted more time there since there was no chance for a successful gank. Wasted time = wasted money, wasted pressure. My bad.

8:35 - 2nd gank mid (after taking 2nd red), actually a fail one. I hit everything but we had no chance to kill Nasus anyway. I went for my 2nd blue afterwards.

9:50 - FAIL 4 - I try to gank bot but miss my stun and amost die to Vayne/Lucian. Luckily I live and keep buffs. Janna was dead, Graves was extremely low so we had low chance of winning it. I didnt look at the situation with a cool eye. My bad.

11:00 - FAIL 5 - after waiting for my botlane to heal and come back, I decide to go for Vayne and Lucian. However I miss my stun on Vayne again and as a result I die giving blue buff to Lucian. Graves kills Vayne but it was definitely not worth. My fking misplay.

~12:00 - I buy SOTSW and spend too much time shopping.

13:00-13:35 - I'm wasting more time wandering around midlane. I came late to a dragon which was already taken by Udyr. My bad for wasting time and not warding dragon area.

13:40-14:40 - 1 minute actually wasted on nothing. My bad. Finally take my 3rd red.

15:30 - 3rd blue. I shoul've probably given at least one to my midlaner.

16:50 - FAIL 6 - I'm heading bot to save a turret. I miss my stun once again (fck me), kill Vayne but die to Lucian losing my double buffs. Terrible misplay. I was greedy for an easy kill, I shouldn't have engaged in a 1v2 skirmsh. My bad.

18:40 - 1st bigger teamfight. After fail chasing of Nasus I headed mid. There we manage to kill 2 enemies and take a mid tower. However we overstay. I'm blind and I didnt notice Udyr charging at low hp Graves. My bad, I shoul've peeled for him. Instead I mash my keyboard and die - FAIL 7.

20:40 - I call for dragon and we took it.

21:00 - FAIL 8 - I tried to save Malphite attacked by Vayne and Azir. We both die. I should've ping him not to recall there or leave immediately after stunning Vayne. My bad.

23:00 - we managed to ambush Nasus. I landed my shit, he died.

23:50 - teamfight at wraiths. I miss my stun, then I'm unsure which way should I go, as a result I didn't help anyone. My bad. I go bot afterwards.

24:20 - I land 2 stuns on Nasus, we manage to kill him and Lucian but lose Janna and Graves. Still I was a little unsure about my cds and miscalculated them. Had I calculated right, one of my allies could survive.

24:50 - We lost inhi tower and almost an inhi. I overstayed bot, should've gone back earlier to prevent it. My bad.

26:35 - FAIL 9 - After farming on my own and not joining my team in a fight near their base (my bad) I get greedy for Vayne, however I miss my stun, and get condemned to a wall. Malphite ults Vayne but Azir comes to the reascue, ulting us and doing more (I dont know his spells yet, sorry :( ). Vayne flashes away and lives. My misplay mixed with greed.

28:15 - Udyr is surrounded by our team, I land stun and he dies. We see enemy is grouping for a baron (which is not wise considering their jungler and most fed player is dead. We scare them away.

29:00-30:00 - I actually do nothing. Wasted minute, my bad.

32:30-32:50 - yasuo gets quadra, Azir is killed top, and we have an ace. We learn that udyr dced. I land my shit, no terrible misplays here I guess.

33:15 - I take enemy blue and ping my team to take ours. I take red afterwards.

34:48 - we take a dragon. No smite on me means it is risky. If Udyr was around it could be a disaster. My bad.

We take nexus turrets and win a game afterwards. In the last fight I missed my stun and focused mostly on destroying nexus rather than kills.

As you can see I made at least 9 HUGE mistakes which costed me lfe and/or buffs as well as pressure and gold. I made plenty of other mistakes throughout the whole game such as:

1. Not warding enough. I actually placed 2 or 3 wards which is nothing especially on a jungler.

2. Delaying my sweeping lens till mid-late game. They had no proper support and they warding was poor but this is not an excuse, I should definitely clear more wards.

3. Wasting so much time walking around for no reason.

4. Indecisivness - I often was unsure what to do and lose opportunities to help my team, or to farm up by myself.

5. Spending too much on chatting to my team. Big no no.

6. Giving up easily. I wanted to surr early cause I felt like losing hard to Udyr.

7. I didn't have control over dragon.

To sum up, after this game I should improve following things:

1. Ward ward ward. Buy at least 1 ward everytime I shop. Keep dragon and baron area warded. Buy Vision wards and buy them every time they are destroyed.

2. Buy sweeping lens asap. Check popular ward spots, especially dragon/baron.

3. Make faster decisions.

4. Group with my team more often.

5. Stop wasting time walking around for no reason or forcing a gank that can't be successful.

6. Not get greedy for "easy" kills.

7. Coordinate ganks with my laners. Ping more often (but not too much).

8. Improve clear time by effective using spells.

I hope that it will help anyone. I'm willing to do such analysis even every day if there is interest in it and if it is not forbidden by reddit rules.
