I know he isn't the best adc currently (or even the best build for him) but he's the one I love playing. Fell in love playing him in season 3 and for last week he's all I've been playing when I play adc. Feels more satisfying flying around landing skill shots reminding me of Sora's Wisdom Form in Kingdom Hearts 2

Due to my bad positioning I love his easy escape and almost permanent slow. What I don't know is when he has his power spikes (when I should start trading with the other adcs) and when he's at his weakest.

I start Doran's and 1 pot then rush into tear. After I get tear I build a Sheen then finish Manamune. After manamune I finish Iceborn Gauntlet and grab a last whisper and Ionian boots. Following that I get a blade of the runined king then finish essence reaver as my last item.
