Karthus Runes and Masteries

I played Karthus a lot in Season 3 and like 15-0-15 masteries, wanting to pick him up again after the VU.
Would it be better to go 21-0-9 or 15-0-5 getting the 5% increase in AP and Mana and increases gold generation. Or normal Ap mid.
Also been liking AP Quints HP lvl Seals Magic Pen Marks and MR Glyphs.
Any help would be great :D
