Ok. So I want to also know everyoneās perspective from this point an view.
I donāt think it was a bad idea at all. I think it wouldāve been good for Amanda to have done it. Andy asked them at the reunion āDid you guys get a prenup.ā An they said āNo, we did not. Iām very naive to exactly what a prenup is and the risk. There is such a stigma around it. Itās always been like a negative thing!ā Andy replied āNo I donāt think itās a negative thing.ā Andy said āBut when thereās a business involved, isnāt that smart for the business?ā An she said ā Iām sure. I didnāt understand that it protects me from his debt also. Clearly Iām lazy & didnāt do it.ā
Hereās my thing. If youāre naive to it. Then how do you know the stigma around it? Why did she not care to actually look into it? Do I think prenups are a good idea? Absolutely if you have anything to inherit worth protecting. Also I thought it was insanity for her to want 50% of Lover Boy when she didnāt fork over any $$ to start the company. Yes she works for the company, but she isnāt the founder Kyle is! If the business tanks itās Kyleās name not hers. She couldāve protected herself from his debt and all.
Thatās just my opinion. š¤·āāļø
After watching āthe pregnancy scareā I last weeks episode of winter houseā¦ I fully believe the prenup convo was a staged storyline fight. It had the same vibe
