I’m curious if anyone else is just feeling sad and voyeuristic at this story line? I see a lot of posts taking sides or picking teams , but I really feel like there isn’t really sides here, and it just feels sad. Kyle going off on “coked out” Carl on a public show is sad. Carl telling Lindsay that he needs her to just love him was sad. Carl’s struggle with sobriety and his role at LB is sad. It feels wrong to be a part of these conversations. I know it’s their choice but it just feels icky to me. It’s sad that they don’t have any other options than to continue being on reality TV during this time - I think it’s pretty clear they don’t want to be there. I’m not the biggest fan of Carl or Lindsay or them as a couple so I don’t think everyone else’s opinions are invalid. I actually understand why Kyle was upset but the way he reacted was totally inappropriate and shockingly hurtful. Truth be told , Kyle seems to have some substance issues as well - he becomes so belligerent and out of control when he drinks / “drinks”. I wonder how that factors into all this as well.
