I'm looking for children's book authors who teach complex information in a fascinating story package. Detailed nonfiction in a high-quality fiction wrapper. Similar to Holling Clancy Holling (Paddle-to-the-Sea; Pagoo) and Rachel Poliquin (How to Promenade with a Python; Moles). The topic doesn't matter. I'd like to find more kids' books (any age) that teach complex information in a thorough and absorbing style, whether as an epic story (like Holling) or in a funny way (like Poliquin).
