Recently Iāve been thinking about how capitalism and technology can be considered real āevilā. This is my opinion, and if you donāt agree thatās fine. Also, Iām aware that Iām using Reddit so I do benefit from technology, and Iām a part of the capitalist system.
Anyways, Iām looking for books regarding capitalism and/or technology or social media and itās negative effect on people/the mental health of people who are affected by it.
Any recommendations?
Edit: I hope this doesnāt downplay the seriousness of my request, but I watched Bo Burnhamās new special last night and again this morning, and I feel more and more that the messages of 1984/A Brave New World are very much true today.
