Book about things getting better

Pretty much that. I want to read a story about things getting better, like that's the primary point of the book. Maybe someone's restoring a house, or a garden, or healing from trauma--but if healing from trauma please please the book is about the healing, not loving descriptions of terrible shit. Maybe this person has moved somewhere they love, or got a great new job. Fiction or non, I don't much care. Just, the point or the main point of the book is healing or fixing or constructing.
