Hey! Iā€™ve just jumped back into the world of reading and I am beyond excited to explore it again! I donā€™t know how I could ever leave it. I guess college and professional life made reading such a ā€œmustā€ that it felt like a chore.

Iā€™m currently reading ā€œSometimes I lieā€ which is about a character who grapples with some childhood trauma and low self-esteem. Sheā€™s in a coma and doesnā€™t know how she got there. She discovers that this was not an accident. She also finds that her husband is cheating on her with her sister. Iā€™m really glued to it!

I know that this is a very specific request, but please bear with me! Iā€™m enjoying this book because of how well I relate to the character. I like reading stories about someone who is struggling with low self worth/ childhood trauma/ toxic family relationships. I love how deep she does into expressing her feelings about herself and the people around her.

Could you recommend any other novels that have a similar theme? Iā€™m almost done with this book and canā€™t wait for the next!
