Need a new PC, preferably one that can game.

I don't need anything incredible though. i just want to be able to at least play games like skyrim and fallout. my current pc is a seven year old POS all in one acer i got from my dad, and it's starting to fall apart, and over heats playing maplestory.

MY only problem is, my budget isn't too big, it's around 400 bucks american.

I don't need a monitor, but i do need wifi, at least 500 gigs of space, and a graphics card and ram that can handle skyrim at least decently (Doesn't need to be the best graphics, but i wanna be able to play it decently.)
