Is a SD with a disability a deal breaker?

Post Body

To clarify this is not pertaining to me, but my brother has muscular dystrophy so hes in a wheel chair with no lower body use and is lacking most uper body use and is a high functioning autist, so he cant read well but out side of that hes acts like a normal guy. I was wondering if a SB would be an option for a relationship for him cause he potentially could pay it with his inheritance. He isnt looking now so this isnt a request but i want to know if this is an option for down the road or if his disability is too much to over look. Hes early 20s btw. Also what would it cost extra for him being disabled.
