Hey all, been lurking in this sub for months on my main account, but made a fresh account to ask this question:
I'm a young medical doctor but have been considering sugaring for a while. I know discretion can be highly valued for any SB/SD - I'm just wondering if there's any SB especially in high position / high stake jobs that have had close calls or been caught? Have those incidents affected your career or reputation, in a good or bad way? Things you wished you'd done differently?
Just curious and a little cautious, TIA
