I keep getting blocked for not responding to messages in 5 minutes

I keep getting blocked for not responding to messages in 5 minutes - 3 hours, which I havent even read when IM NOT EVEN THERE.

Some of the blocks are so fast I used to literally have a message notification icon with a block symbol (before I turned notifications off). This is ridiculous. Are they only looking for sugar daddies that have no life, dont sleep, and are so desperate that they are constantly refreshing the screen every minute, 24 hours a day to instantaneously respond to any messages from sugar babies? If I'm not that person is it then concluded that I'm not desperate enough to be taken advantage of and that I should be blocked? I don't get it.
