F.Y.I I will keep this vague to protect them since we all have seeking
So in my search I came across someone semi famous. Not an A list celeb or anything but someone who could be recognized locally at a minimum and I am sure nationally in some cases. I figured it was a scam but being me I messaged them to play along. They had there Instagram verified (I checked a couple million followers on her regular insta). The photos on the profile were regular nothing special.
After a few messages where I asked about her, I have a feeling it is really her. I started to assume seeking was paying her as a promoter for the new platonic side of seeking. But she says no she just has always heard about the site and finally wanted to try it out. Apparently she likes to date older anyway and was very careful not to talk or ask anything about an allowance. Even when I asked "what she got out of the relationship"
She was being semi cautious not to be recognized but knew some people would figure it out. We did set up a time for coffee in the near future so I will be interested to see if she shows up and is really her.
Has anyone else in other metro areas seen this? Is this some new underground seeking marketing strategy she won't let on? Very curious if this is becoming that mainstream.
