Chapel Hill is not great

I (mwm, 60, fit) have had amazing arrangements in the past (NYC and PA). That said, I was hoping to find a SB from either Duke or UNC but for some reason Chapel Hill/Durham is not a great place to find a match. My message to all out there, whether SDs or SBs, do not settle. that never works. Arrangements are great when our expectations are exceeded, and crash when we settle.
