I finally was able to pay for Seeking subscription anonymously. Since this has been a problem for the past couple of years, I thought I'd give the (boring) details here for the benefit of others.

Card: Visa gift card by Blackhawk bought in cash at Home Depot. The package has a huge "VISA" display, on the corner it says $20-$200 and at the bottom it says "Distributed and Serviced by Blackhawk Network".
Registration: I went to their website (mygiftcardmall.com) and registered with a fake name and zip code and my anonymous email address. I went through verifying the email address when they sent a code to that email address.
Payment: I logged into my Seeking account and entered the card information, same name and zip code, and a dummy street address.

It went through. Thanks to all the members who kept suggesting Blackhawk. It seems to be working right now.
