Just looking for advice/ some questions I have

I have a few potential SDs and kind of unsure of where to go now but I have a few questions.
How much do I have to share about myself, does that include where I go to high school too (does it even make sense to mention that I’m still in high school?) Or is that overkill?
How discrete should I be? I’ve already told some of my extended family which I trust not to share it but is it smart to mention this to my parents?
