Pot SD wanting vanilla only

I have been talking to a Potential SD for a while now and he said he will only want to date me vanilla so I can be his last everything ( wife, mom to kids, live in, etc) I guess my question is I’ve seen this Happen to my friends where a SD will have a sugar relationship pre and post their relationship, how will I know that I won’t fall into this trip as they did, how can I tell he is for real?
