"Give my picture a closer look" profiles

SA notifies me that I have a new "favorited me", I go look at the profile, and it says "give my collar a closer look" or something similar with the same theme, and a number embedded into the collar. Forgive me, I'm an older woman, is this a common scam teqnique or profiles trying to move conversations off of SA?
