Rent in Sydney is skyrocketing, Australian economy is in recession, salaries are shrinking, however past year and a half it's increasingly difficult to find anybody interested in a kinky relationship. For this reason lately I spent a lot of time out of Australia and had no problems finding SBs. Here barely anybody progresses to initial talk stage, let alone to discussion of arrangement details. The only difference I can see is that population size in Sydney is much smaller than in other cities I visited (~4M vs ~10M). On the other hand, we had HUGE post-covid intake of students. Anyway, it doesn't explain why my introduction messages often remain unread for many days. Curious to hear any hypothesis.

As an idea, maybe everybody works more and more, not sure about current unemployment rate.
