how should i ask for $ ? plus i want thoughts on my sitch

i (f22) found a sugar daddy (m40 i think ?) on SA, we very much hit it off and have wonderful conversations. we had already discussed our arrangement in the beginning - he agreed on ppm AND to provide for me when it comes to day to day things since he travels so much and we wont be able to see each other too too often. he is also local ish to my area so it seemed perfect for me.

here's the ish :

we had only talked for abt a week before he left on a business trip, he wont be back for at least 3 weeks which kind of left me a bit confused, why look for a local baby if he's leaving for 4 weeks to a month? he told me before he likes in person connections so i know he doesn't anticipate this to be an online thing and i asked him if when he returns if he wanted to see me he said absolutely. i just have never met a SD willing to send any $ without actually meeting in person, so i'm nervous to ask even tho he was very clear this was something he wanted. is it unacceptable to ask him for help despite us not meeting yet? i had no idea he was leaving until he told me he had jus got off a plane !!

also want to clarify i don't feel used or taken advantage of at all - i have sent a few sexy pics but not nude no face so i dont feel like he's stringing me along jus so he can get those things from me and we don't talk everyday so its not that he wants a texting buddy lol i just dk what to make of the sitch or if its even acceptable to ask for help from him at this point😭
