Planning to take my spoiled SGF to NYC for her annual birthday trip celebration in October.

We are not super familiar with the city, so we are looking for recommendations on where to stay and things to do.

Places to stay…. Looking for a hotel with a rooftop pool possibly. Fun vibe and centrally located to things we might want to do. Planning to stay for three nights over a long weekend. So far, Margaritaville Resort Manhattan caught my eye and The Hyatt Dream in Times Square. Other suggestions would be great.

Things to do…. We are planning to visit the sex museum and that is definitely our vibe. We like to eat and drink. Music is a good thing. Not much for the arts or shows. But open to suggestions if there is something good happening. Any places that SD’s/SB’s hang out?

For context…. We are definitely more of a casual, party vibe type couple looking for fun experiences rather than a formal, elegant type that wants to impress. I am late forties, she is early thirties.
