Should my Reddit be about sugaring only?

I was talking to a POT and he said the reason he had ignored me was because my profile includes other things other than sugaring and he thought I was a scam.
But I have other things and communities I obviously participate in. Is it a deal breaker? Should I create a separate account that only focuses on sugaring?
