Can anyone help?

I joined seeking and. Uploaded some pics with a blocked out face but my head fully in frame and they were rejected. I completed a ticket on their webpage but never even got a confirmation Email.

It's now been 48 hours plus and nothing. I have messaged several potential SBs with no response and I think they must not be seeing my messages. If they were I think someone would at least try and scam me, lol!

My profile is set to private as I don't want to be discoverable and just want to message those I am interested in. I turned it off of private this morning and I did get a few favorites from other countries....???

Can anyone tell me what is going on and what should I do?
