I have the most amazing SGF and not looking for another SB, but just ending a marriage that was basically my entire adult life. The majority of my friends are married and most are just starting families plus I'm trying to keep as much distance from my ex as possible as its very rough on her, and I don't want it getting back to her that I'm seriously dating. When I do have friends as wingmen, something always happens, cant handle their liquor, jealousy and drama which I'm not into.

I'm trying to start a completely new book in my life, not even just a chapter and looking for an entire new social circle and a serious relationship. I have no issues making friends and meeting women but I've never gone to a bar, restaurant, or even really a store alone. I'm so thankful to have my SGF and everything she does. I tried vanilla dating apps and got great results but it was overwhelming and just not my style.

Would it be a good idea to get one/some SBs as wingwomen to hang out and do things, while looking for another woman? I'm not interested in sex with them or any relationship as much as basically a fun friend that I can ditch at a bar when I meet some hot chick? Or one to help push away one that isn't my type, as sometimes when hunting I forget what my target is.

Obviously I'd pay for everything and PPM and all that jazz.
