Was curious to hear experiences from SDs who are both people of color and executives. Do you have any success in the sugar bowl? If so, why? If not, why not?

I ask because I think the experience can be very uneven compared to the traditional SD profile.

This is actually shocking to me and honestly without a for him like this, where people from both sides are sharing their experiences. I honestly would’ve assumed the exact opposite. I don’t even know why that’s just what I realized when I began reading your post… The world is a strange place.
