Unrealistic SB search for a sugar couple?

We are a fairly inexperienced sugar couple (MF) and are fortunate to own a few properties. We have a whole guest house next door to one home that we visit regularly. We could rent it for like 3k a month pretty easy, but then we have close neighbors we potentially won’t like…

Is offering an entire home for an SB to live in realistic? We would offer monetary help at the beginning and potentially as needed, but kind of want to start with the home in mind.

Cash is king, no doubt, but I’d appreciate any of your thoughts on how to offer this. Thank you.
