Yes, this is real and I almost wish it wasn’t. My wonderful bf and I met through Seeking Arrangements but grew close and moved in together after a few months. In the time together I was able to get all my medical needs taken care of. I had gone 6 years of avoiding it due to lack of insurance and expensive costs.

Well, one of those medical needs is therapy which my bf has been so so supportive with. However, the last year of therapy has opened my eyes to the gender dysphoria I have always had. I love my bf so much and he deserves to know. How do I tell him though?? I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about bringing up the topic.
