Looking to rehome my glider
Post Body

Hi all. I somewhat inherited (for lack of a better word) a sister duo years ago. Gliders were never on my radar as a pet I wanted. These two weren’t very bonded to people. I’ve given them the best home possible considering I never wanted gliders.

One sister, Bella, got sick at one point. She had surgery (with an exotic vet) to fix a blockage, but eventually passed. Her sister, Cocoa, has been doing ok by herself since. I haven’t noticed any self mutilation to indicate that she is lonely, although I know she must be. I’m not interested in getting another glider so I am thinking it best to try to find Cocoa a new home. She needs someone with a lot of patience as she still does not like people much even after all this time. By estimate she is almost 9 years old.

I just want her to go to a good home with someone that can give her the love and attention she deserves.

Does anyone know of a good rescue in or near MD? I don’t mind driving a few hours out either. I don’t trust craigslist. Thank you in advance.
