New sugar glider is sleeping during the night and awake during the day

Just got a new sugar glider about three weeks ago, I usually take her with me to work (2nd shift) and here the past couple days she's usually awake and running around when I got to leave, about 1-3 I'm the afternoon, she's eating well, but when I take her to work in her pouch she's usually freaking out untill about 8 pm, is there a way to get her sleep schedule back to nocturnal? She seems to wake up now around 9 am
