Need help with under eye concealer disappearing/looking dry

I have the shape tape concealer finally and when I baked with my Coty Airspun the whole product basically disappeared. You can see my under eye circles peaking through it. And it looks dry as hell, with any and all texture accentuated by the powder. I use a mix of born this way foundation with the Maybelline superstar, if that helps. Should I try a new powder (suggestions please) and/or a spray? It works everywhere else on my face EXCEPT my under eyes :( which is the whole reason I bought it.
