Is my plant already thirsty?

I bought this succulent 5 days ago and I havent watered it since then. It looked in perfect shape the whole time. But now it's starting to become a bit yellow, the leaves rised a little and it lost some of the, but that coud be because of the pot it is in. Is it time to water it already?
Also, it came in this little plastic pot inside the ceramic one and the ceramic one puts some pressure on the bottom of the leaves. Should I keep it that way or should I change any of the pots or both?
