Hi! I've had this pretty plant since V-day and have been watering it every two weeks or so whenever the soil is completely dry. The soil is currently still semi wet, but I noticed that the tips of the leaves look dead. Also, I'm constantly having to propagate the plant because the buds often shrivel up before blooming. Does it need fertilizer, or more sun? I keep the plant in the kitchen by a light that we keep on pretty much all day long.

I have added more pictures to show you. The light source is the kitchen light.
So, I have learned to cut old flowers off so more can bloom. I have had to start cutting off buds that dried out. They aren't in any pictures because I have gotten rid of them already. But I suspect that the problem is the same for why the leaves are drying.
