ID and propagation of coral-like succulent

Hello all! There are these very cool landscaped succulents near my work that I want to propagate for my own garden. I assume that will be straight forward with the rose shaped ones, but what about the coral shaped one? Hoping for an ID so I can research more into it. I've tried to ID them on succulent websites but am fairly new and overwhelmed trying to find a match!
