Help me rescue these succulents and aloe

Post Body

I should've made this post earlier, but I took some succulents that my mom had sitting in a pot for some months. They've had no water or soil, just sun all that time, so I took them home to try to give them a chance.

I didn't have any pots to use for them separately as I'm waiting to get paid to buy some, so I had to put them together. The area I live in has 50-100 cats running around at all times, so I can't use my back area to grow them because it's a literal litter box. On top of that, the sun doesn't hit the front of my apartment until about 11-1 (sun rises behind my unit).

The two little pots are solely succulent soil, whereas the big one has 1/3 succulent soil and 2/3 potting soil. I had used the rest of my succulent soil in this pot, so I need to get more.

Any advice? I'm extremely new to growing and caring for succulents, the passion came up during my struggle for a job. So literally ANYTHING you have to offer will be great.
