A flower, baby, or an arm?

Post Body

I had this cactus for about a year, and recently bought a grow light. Setting it under, it grew taller and then a small piece started growing from the side. At first I thought it would be a pink flower (like it had when I bought it a year ago,) but now I'm wondering if it's a baby or maybe an arm? This is my first cactus. Photos are from different angles as the baby/arm is growing quickly.
