Best budget sub(250-300)

Hi guys I am looking for a new setup for my summer car, I already have an old one I spent way too much money on. I want to find the best sub or subs for around 250-350 dollars. I was looking at the 2 12in mtx terminator sub kit, but was also looking into a full enclosure with the sub built in. I’m not necessarily just looking for what’s the loudest but also sounds crisp and good for the money. Any help would be appreciated!
