I've seen some old posts about stacking board abilities but I don't understand how it works

I have seen some posts that are pretty old about being able to have multiple abilities active at once on a board. Like super jump and super speed being active at the same time for example.

How do you do this? It looks to me like some of these board may have both of these abilities available, but you can only select one at a time unless I'm totally missing sometning. Any help would be appreciated, cause my high score is 20mil just using super jump, and I'd be a menace with super speed and super jump combined 😂
